We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available! Featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite with food choices to rival your favorite restaurants.

- Delicious, hot, home-style entrees
- Simple Serving Allergen Station
- Brick Oven Pizza and Pasta Station
- Made to order FRESH DELI Sandwiches
- Try something new at Global Connections
- Ice Cream and freshly made desserts
- Homemade Soups with warm bread
- And you can enjoy "all you care to eat"
Simple Servings: Offers food free from common allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products and eggs. All foods offered are also free from gluten-containing ingredients. Any student with 1 or more if these food allergies can enjoy a safe and flavorful meal. Simple Servings is open to anyone.
Allergies: Sodexo's Executive Chef works with students on an individual basis to ensure that the student is eating safe in our dining hall. Currently, all of our Sous Chefs are trained in allergen safety as well. If you would like to be on a specialized meal plan due to allergies; Please contact Executive Chef Christopher Garr at 509.777.4667
